I listen to my rhythm and check that it is in harmony with my thoughts.
I focus on how I sound when I breathe fast and slow.
I like to slow my mind down by doing this
it is my way to relax, then I can evaluate my day.
I have noticed over the last few months that
I lost a desire to chase things, I am happiest
with what comes to me at its leisure.
I know that I have just done a 180 degree turn and I must say
I am very happy I have. I remember being asked once
if I knew why I carried such an innocence to me,
and I answered then that i didn't know. Through this 180 degree turn
I see that I knew full well the answer, I just lacked the confidence
to say it, and that through this journey I learned that I knew a lot when I was eight.
Was on the right track when I was twenty three and enjoy meditation & breathing today.
